About Us

Gustavo Moral, President

Since we started to deliver services in early 1990, it has been an exciting journey seeing the growth of the people that we support throughout the various NH communities.

During this time, we have been and continue to be one of the premier entities supporting the various levels of needs and populations in NH. My formal training in Psychology and Education, with an emphasis on behavior analysis, combined with my hands-on training and work experience in mental health, children services and adults with intellectual disabilities have helped me shape the vision and mission of ISN.

Being part of the evolution of the service delivery systems in the State has cemented the importance of values and inclusion, on which I rely upon for every aspect of my decision-making process.
