If you would like to learn more about ISN's Vocational Program, please e-mail Theresa McGuire at mcguire@isnnh.com or call (603)886-4679. If you would like to learn more about ISN's Vocational Rehabilitation Program, please e-mail Kathy Thomas at thomas@isnnh.com or call (603)410-6651. An emphasis of ISN's service delivery is to enhance community integration and to assist in skill development. A focus is to serve the needs of the individual in gaining independence within the community and also within the individual's employment. ISN believes in customizing each individual program. We believe that all people have the right to pursue their dreams and personal interests. The Vocational Program not only considers the vocational aspects, but also the wants and needs of the individuals and their families. ISN's other main focus is to provide the necessary supports that are essential to obtaining employment. Employment may consists of paid or volunter work, which may transition into paid employment. ISN actively assists its clients to empower themselves to identify and achieve their goals, hopes and ambitions. For some, this could mean securing a job and being able to manage their finances. To others, this may be enhancing their communication skills to assist them in interacting in the community. For example, one of our clients pursued an Associate's Degree at a local community college. |
